Part 2 is where we beach-hopped in Jerowaru area. If you go to Lombok you have to find the time to visit this area, it's quite remote but they are more pristine.

To reach Jerowaru from Kuta, you have two options. You can travel by land, approximately 3.5 hours since the road is rocky. Alternatively, you can take about 1.5-2 hours land journey to a port (forgot the name) then reach the place by another 30 minutes journey. I recommend the second route because that's the route we took, I think it's more relaxing and the boat journey is really pleasant.

Marine Girls Selections

I love the sound of short-lived lo-fi twee band Marine Girls. Raw, unpolished, minimalistic. I'm a fan of Tracey Thorn's vocals so of course it's always nice to hear her voice in the background. Here I narrowed down my favourite Marine Girls songs to a selection of three.
